Regulations of the Online Shop.
The regulations of the Soundtrade Online Shop determinates the rules of ordering and purchasing of the goods of the BPM Promotion Online Shop. If the client places an order it means that he accepts the regulations of the Online Shop.

You can place the orders in the shop only through the Soundtrade Online Shop.

You can place the orders 24/7 all year round.

The orders placed during the weekdays after 3 P.M, weekends and holidays will be taken under account in the next closest weekday.

You have to provide your telephone number and/or e-mail address in order to contact you and confirm your orders. You will be informed about the confirmation of the order via telephone or e-mail. If an order is not confirmed in 48h since placing it, it will not be realized.

The clients who have e-mail boxes will be informed about the status of the order via e-mail.

You cannot cancel a confirmed order.

Incorrectly filled formulas will not be realized.

The owner has the right to refuse an order that is suspicious for him. The client will be immediately informed about such a situation (look &5).

All prices are in Polish Zloty and include already the VAT tax. The prices do not include the transportation costs (unless such an additional information is provided).

If the article is out of stock, the client will be informed and the time for realizing the order will be expanded. If the client does not approve to the time expanded he may resign the whole order or just one of the articles which is causing the delay.

To all orders we add the confirmation of the purchase (VAT invoice or a bill). In case of the client being a payer of the VAT tax (transactor) and needing a VAT invoice, please, send us a fax with authorization for being able to get the VAT invoice without the sign (our fax number: +48 022 211 19 126). The client will receive the original VAT invoice document.

The client pays for his order after placing the order.

The transportation costs are listed in the price list and always showing during placing the order. If you place your order it means that you accept the transportations costs as well. In case of incorrect zip code or address the BPM Online Shop has the right to charge for transportation costs again.

The client is paying for the transportation costs.

The money should be paid in form of a bank transfer to the account of the owner of the BPM Promotion Online Shop.

The owner has the right to withdraw some of the articles from the BPM Promotion Online Shop.

The offer of the BPM Promotion Online Shop is valid in Poland and other countries as well.\

Conditions of the claim for refund

The main condition for claiming for refund is a confirmation of the purchase (VAT invoice or a bill).

The costs of transportation for a good that the customer was not satisfied with is paid by the customer.

The refund will be either made or not in the time of 14 days (counted since the goods been deliver back to the company).

Differences based upon individual computer settings (colours, size) will not be treated as a reason for the refund.

Refund will be paid only if it concerns hidden defects made by the producers. The good has to by unused.

Refund will not be paid for goods which:
have been used
do not have tags.

In case when the good is not in accordance with the order the customer will have the right to exchange it without any additional costs.
If there is no possibility to exchange the goods the customer will get the refund.

You have to pay for your order in time of 7 weekday since the day you ordered. Otherwise the order will not be realized.
If you place an order you accept the regulations of the Online Shop. In case of any other problems and rules not mentioned in this regulation the common law will be in force.
